Aleph

Aleph is a school companion app for iPhone and iPad, created and operated by Guy Oren. Students see their timetable, homework, grades, attendance and school messages in one place; teachers take attendance, enter grades, send homework and messages, and talk with their classes.

Google Classroom in the app

Students and teachers can connect their Google account to see their Google Classroom classes and assignments inside the app:

Students see their classes, assignments and due dates, attach files they choose and hand in their work.
Teachers see their classes and students, create assignments and see who handed in.
Files are chosen by the person or created by the app (for example a new Google Doc). Other files open in Google Drive.

The app only does what the person asks it to do, using the permissions they approve on Google's screen. Connecting Google is optional; the rest of the app works without it.

Independent app

Aleph is an independent application. It is not an official service of Google or of the Israeli Ministry of Education, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. School information comes from the school that uses the app.
